Terms and Conditions for Table 338 Dinner Party Event

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing a ticket or attending the dinner party event. By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  1. Ticket Purchase and Attendance: 1.1 Tickets for the dinner party event are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be refunded or transferred to another person or event. 1.2 Your ticket is valid only for the specified date and time of the dinner party event as mentioned on the ticket. It cannot be used for any other event or date. 1.3 You must be of legal drinking age, as per the applicable laws, to consume alcoholic beverages at the dinner party event. Valid identification may be required.

  2. Event Details and Changes: 2.1 The organizers of the dinner party event reserve the right to make changes to the event details, including but not limited to the date, time, venue, menu, and entertainment, without prior notice. 2.2 In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events, the organizers may cancel or reschedule the event. In such cases, the organizers will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders in advance and provide alternative arrangements or refunds, as determined by the organizers.

  3. Food and Beverages: 3.1 The dinner party event offers a fixed menu, and attendees are expected to consume their meal at the event venue. Takeaway or doggy bags will not be provided or allowed. 3.2 Dietary restrictions or preferences must be communicated to the organizers at the time of ticket purchase. Dietary restrictions will not be accommodated day of event without prior notice. The only dietary restriction that is accommodated is Gluten Free. The organizers will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, but they cannot guarantee the availability of specific food options. 3.3 If you are unable to attend the dinner party event, it is important to note that you will not be able to pick up the food or have it delivered to you at a later time. 3.4 The dinner party event is designed as an in-person dining experience, and the prepared food is intended to be consumed on-site. 3.5 In the event of non-attendance, the organizers will not be responsible for providing any compensation, refunds, or alternative arrangements for the food that was prepared for your reservation.

  4. Health and Safety: 4.1 Attendees are responsible for their own health and safety at the dinner party event. Please adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the organizers and venue staff. 4.2 The organizers and venue will not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings that may occur during the dinner party event. 4.3 If you have any known allergies, medical conditions, or dietary restrictions, it is your responsibility to ensure that the organizers are informed in advance. The organizers will not be liable for any adverse reactions or health issues arising from undisclosed allergies or medical conditions.

  5. Photography and Media: 5.1 By attending the dinner party event, you grant the organizers permission to capture photographs, videos, or any other form of media that may include your likeness. The organizers may use these materials for promotional or marketing purposes without further consent or compensation.

  6. Indemnification: 6.1 You agree to indemnify and hold the organizers, their employees, contractors, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your attendance at the dinner party event or any violation of these terms and conditions.

  7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: 7.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the dinner party event is held. 7.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the aforementioned jurisdiction.
